How many guests can Hillside Farms Accommodate?
We are able to accommodate 150 guests comfortably indoors or up to 200 indoors w/ outdoors garden space.
All set-up and tear down of chairs, tables and linen are provided by the staff of Hillside Lavender Farms.
Parking attendant and garbage service is also provided for guests, by Hillside Lavender Farms.

How long is the rental of Hillside Lavender Farms?
Are there places to get ready?
Two seperate cabins are available for all attendants, bathrooms are also included inside the cabin with a full stock of all toiletries provided, along with full length mirrors; full exclusive time from 10am to 10pm for getting ready.
What is the insurance requirements?
You are required to purchase and maintain Special Event Liability insurance coverage, naming Hillside Lavender Farms as additionally insured for a one million dollar policy. ($1,000,000.00 policy)

If serving any alcohol at your event, you must acquire a Banquet Permit from the State of Washington.

What is the required deposit to reserve the rental of Hillside Lavender Farms?
We require a deposit of $1,500.00 of the fee upon booking if the event is more than 90 days out and 100% of the if event is less than 60 days from the calendar date. The remainder of the balance is due 60 days prior to your event. Damage deposit is $1000- refundable after event and venue is to the specifications within the contract.
The deposit is non-refundable when a signed contract is signed by both parties in agreeance. If the date needs to be changed, the deposit can be utilized to change your date ONLY if the calendar allows, no other exceptions are available to changes or refund.

Does Hillside Lavender Farms require to use certain vendors?
No, there is a preferred list of vendors available that we've worked with in previous events available for referral.
If you have a licensed professional that you would like to have added, their information will need to be provided to have in place a full licensing contract; 90 days prior to your event. Please note: there is no "self-service" or personal buffet style food service offered.
A licensed caterer with all required food handlers permits and licensing under the Health Department for food catering is required for all private events.
A licensed and insured bartender under Washington State guidelines is required for alchohol served.

Hillside Lavender farms is your premier location for hosting your private event. The lavender farm is nestled back to 650+ acres on the outskirts of Olympia, Washington.
Being within minutes of downtown, our location is ideal with photographers to capture beautiful images of the State Capitol
and then at our picturesque farm which is surrounded
with fir trees and maples.
The lavender plants planted in the fall of September 2017 are in bloom from the end of June to possibly up to the end of July each year, weather permitting.
We look forward to working with you for your private gathering in providing full care; exclusively holding one gathering per day.
