The road began...

At the start of 2007, I could feel my body shutting down slowly, and in February 2008, came to a full stop. A list of auto-immune disharmony littered my plate of another dx, another blood draw, a label, and what to do, next...? this era felt like a petri dish, with no defined route.

a petri dish, with no defined route. 
Another MD, a PH.D and another test result, the light at the end of the tunnel was bleak by Western traditional medicine, only to land with a collection of Naturopaths, to feel out of sync all over- again by 2010. 
Then, I had an ah-ha moment- in 2009, to begin making decisions of aligning my body's menstrual cycles with my entrepreneur visions, projects, and linear schedule.

Thus, The DIVE Method™️ - a four step simple process- was initially sparked, working with equestrians in competitive disciplines; in the States and Canada. 

Was introduced to Ayurveda principles, in 2010 through massage therapy credentials, licensed and regulated on the 27th of April, 2010. This is the season of where I felt this second tinge in my belly moment and began tracking my cycle on a written calendar, writing everything I was eating and in this process I was ONTO- something...
... just didn't realize it- Yet. 
Then, I had an ah-ha moment- in 2009, to begin making decisions of aligning my body's menstrual cycles with my entrepreneur visions, projects and linear schedule.

Thus, The DIVE Method™️ - a four step simple process- was initially sparked, working with equestrians in competitive disciplines; in the States and Canada. 

Was introduced to Ayurveda principles, in 2010 through massage therapy credentials, licensed and regulated on the 27th of April, 2010. 

This is the season of where I felt this 
second tinge in my belly moment and began tracking my cycle on a written calendar, writing everything I was eating and in this process I was ONTO- something, just didn't realize it- Yet. 
By 2012, my fitness workouts were added to the mix, to choose me, and to be committed.  

In 2017, IWA- Certified, and migraines began diminishing. 
In 2020, expanded my learning of 760 clock hours of Integrative Nutrition Certification- digestive concerns evaporating, REM sleep consistent every night, mental brain fog- gone- holistically and scientifically. Being in complete- Harmony.

And now, over 17+ years later- presently, in my Doctorate Program from 2020- guiding women across the globe of how to move forward in experiencing a multi-dimensional world- 
in her body, in her soul, in every facet of her world, 
and achieving this by encapsulating an integrative approach with functionality, together.
In 2020, expanded my learning
